When French software company Dassault was planning a major move into their new North American Headquarters at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts, they chose officeworks for their furniture support. Covering 225,000 square feet, the overall vision for the LEED-certified project came from in-house designers led by Yolaine Fleury. Officeworks was joined on the project by Elkus Manfredi (architects), Hobbs Brook (property management) and Columbia (construction). Designed to have an “open feel” the 778 workstations were very low and because of the overall open layout, Dassault included collaboration and phone rooms to allow for personal phone calls and informal meetings. There were also 100 offices and 40 conference rooms in the facility. Products supplied by officeworks included Teknion Leverage workstations, Teknion Marketplace benching stations, Teknion District offices and Nucraft conference rooms.
